Distance healing is not that hard to learn, but don’t learn it unless you are going to use it. The stronger the vibration will get, the more you use it. Thus, in a manner of speaking, the purer the single will get.

The most important thing is not just to get initiated into an energy system, but also to practice it, especially when you intend to attune others into the energy. Get some, if not a lot of experience with the distance healing of the system you learn before you begin teaching and attuneing others.

This will make the energy purer as it increases the frequency of it. WhiteLight Self-Empowerment, since is has the purest distance healing energy from the beginning, is great.

But I noticed this with Usui rieki, which I no longer practiced after learning WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. As I was using more and more the WhiteLight energy the stronger it became, and since I was not using Usui the weaker and weaker its energy seemed to become. If you let the frequency get weak in this way you will have to get attuned in it once more.

Distance healing works best when you are connected and familiar to the source you are channeling. If you don’t want to lose the familiarity in that which you learn you have to practice it. You might forget the symbols, and the procedures, and then you will fumble through it. In this case you will have a bad connection with the source energy.

Doing it this way there is no point in it. I would suggest to start with the purest source energy, and keep on using it in order to continue creating a higher and higher vibration.

WhiteLight Self-Empowerment system uses the prefect energy to do this. Just keep in mind that it too will fade, just like Usui reiki, if you don’t use it. Let this happen and you will have to be attuned in it again. Keep it strong, and you will channel some awesome distance healing.
